Submissions
The Editorial Board of the King's Inns Law Review invites submissions from undergraduate and postgraduate law students as well as practitioners and legal professionals. The Review publishes a diverse range of articles on a variety of topical legal issues that critically analyse existing and nascent areas of law, offer insight on contentious points and aim to substantively contribute to legal scholarship by offering fresh ideas and perspectives.

Articles, case-notes and commentaries on any area of law will be considered for publication in Volume VIII however submissions must contain some reference to Irish and/or European or International law.

Prizes will be awarded to submissions of particular significance and quality.

Submissions will open for Volume VIII of the King's Inns Law Review on May 29th 2018 and will remain open until no later than the extended deadline of 5p.m. on Friday October 26th 2018.​​
  1. Length
    Articles must be between 5,000 and 12,000 words (including footnotes). Case-notes and commentaries must be between 3,000 and 6,000 words.
  2. Deadline
    Deadline for submissions for Volume VIII has been extended to no later than 5p.m. on Friday October 26th 2018.
  3. Style
    All submissions must conform to the OSCOLA Ireland Referencing Format and be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
